Kids Choir

Welcome! 
Glen Haven’s Children's Choirs offer children from pre-school to 5th Grade the opportunity to learn music, choreography, and acting while making new friends, ministering to others and having fun.
We currently offer three different classes that your child may join, depending on their age: Quarter and Half Notes, Kingdom Kids, and S. T.A.R.S.
Each of these choirs meets Wednesdays at 6:30 PM for rehearsal.   Each choir also presents special programs at Christmas and in May.
 
Quarter and Half Notes (Ages 3-4 years)

  • Our desire is for our preschoolers to enjoy music while learning to play and sing in an energetic environment.
  • We use a variety of fun activities which allow the children to learn about God through songs and scripture. 

Kingdom Kids (Grades K – 1st)
Cindy Fry and Nicole Ledford
  • Our desire is for rehearsals to have a fun atmosphere where children can learn to sing, learn about music, and attain spiritual truths.
  • Children will learn to praise and worship God with all their hearts!
 
S.T.A.R.S (Grades 2nd-5th)
Serving The Awesome Risen Savior
Todd & Renae Hayes, Chris & Shannon Burge, Dawn Price, Megan Cagle, Sue Peterson, Angi Troutman and Michele Peacock
  • Choir is designed to give children an opportunity to learn to praise and worship God through music, drama, and choreography.
  • Rehearsals are opportunities for children to gain greater knowledge of spiritual truths, and to gain a deeper understanding of music through fun activities.
